Alcohol donations accepted (must be shipped directly to the winner via a licensed distributor)
Although our preference is to have all items shipped directly from the donor to the recipient, smaller items may be shipped in advance with pre-approval

Each year at the Northeast Charity Classic, every participating golfer receives a thoughtfully curated goodie bag as part of their event experience. These bags are designed to include practical, memorable, and premium items that enhance the day and leave a lasting impression.
Goodie bags serve as a unique opportunity for donors and sponsors to showcase their brand directly to event attendees while supporting a meaningful cause. Items included in the bags are often used or appreciated during the tournament and beyond, offering extended visibility.
We prioritize high-quality, reusable, and non-edible items that reflect the spirit of the event and the generosity of our supporters. To maintain variety and avoid duplication, we accept a limited number of items per category, and all contributions must be pre-approved.

We are seeking donations of full 12-count boxes
Golf balls are intended for use by golfers on the day of the event and are not intended for goodie bags

An On-Course Hospitality Sponsor is a featured vendor who provides food and hospitality directly to golfers on the course during tournament play. This sponsorship offers a unique opportunity to showcase your brand, engage with attendees, and contribute to a meaningful cause—all while adding flavor and fun to the tournament experience.
$2,500 sponsorship fee, if selected
Vendors must provide their own equipment, product, and staffing
Vendors will be assigned to Raspberry Falls, Algonkian, or Brambleton Golf Course at the discretion of the tournament organizers
Deadline to apply: Friday, February 20, 2026
Confirmation by Friday, March 7, 2026; payment due within 30 days of invoice
